You don't have to follow the moves of the next person in the club, learning how to dance gives you the confidence and poise to clear your own space on the dance floor!

To dance is to find an expression of oneself, to enjoy life and make friends. Not to mention keep you very fit and fill you with confidence. We are here for all who want to have fun and make friends We not only provide lessons to help you learn the fun of dance but have our own social dances. Go on, give it a go!







Dance isn't just the Tango. Think of the many forms of dance you see every day, in pop videos, or on the TV. Perhaps you visited the Dome and watched the aerial performers, on stilts or high up on ropes, most trained in dance.

It will improve your strength, coordination, stamina and flexibility. If you think you can handle your feet well on the football pitch they try the dance floor!

It is cardiovascular exercise, dance regularly and it will help keep your heart fit and keep you trim.

Dance is an expression of your personality and a way of exploring who you are.

It is an excellent introduction into many other creative activities, such as drama and music. Many actors have studied dance, some even started out there.

You will meet new people and make new friends, not to mention learning more about other cultures around the world.

You will work closely with your teacher and other students, this will help develop your communication and leadership skills.

Most important of all, it is great fun.!

Ballroom (Ballroom dancing has a grace and style all its own, dancers glide around the floor almost effortlessly.), Latin American (Latin American dance is raw energy finding it's path in exciting modern music. Did you know that Salsa means 'sauce'. Hot and spicy, the dance lives up to its name.), Freestyle/Disco, Pop Video, Jazz, Tap... all different styles of dance, each with its own style and expression.
